The CrossFit Program was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. We do this by utilizing constantly varied, functional movements, done at a high intensity in our programming.

The Workouts are suppose to hurt, not the prices.

If you're out of shape or have only been training sporadically, do not fear. We will introduce you to the basics of CrossFit and scale gradually while getting your conditioning up to speed. Each day will include a skill session dedicated to teaching you the proper technique for all the fundamental lifts and a bodyweight workout that will build your cardio-respiratory endurance. All new memebrs must complete a minimum of 3 weeks in our Foundations classes before starting the Level I program.
